Not sure on material... Got more detailed Marks than any quartz point I got

That Kay's point sure looks like it Bearcreek .. I appreciate that side by side picture comparison
 

They do look very similar, but I agree with you, the flaking is different on them. Your find has a more convex body (I think that's the word for it) and looks more ...refined. Anyway, it's a beautiful find! I hope someone will be able to tell you what it is :)
