The quartz one shows being worked. The other two look like pointy rocks to me and are not arrowheads, imo.

I have to disagree with you on that one. They are all points, just different material that is worked differently than your typical flint, chert, or quartz.

Here's an idea....
Copy the two you find find questionable and post the pics in the North American Indian Artifact forum. See what the experts there have to say.
 

Thanks so much guys!!! And I’ll say this again for the doubters among us. I live in Maryland, I find almost all my arrowheads on the shore. Most have probably been tumbling around in the water. Now, what happens to rocks that get tumbled??? So no, not just a pointy rock. Thanks to all of you though!!! Love sharing my finds here!
