My kids say "Dad found Silver"
OK my kids keep saying it's Silver, I don't know, I don't think so, what does everone think? If it is silver how and where do I get it tested? This was found at my Trailer Site at my year round camping site on the very edge of where the stones from under my Trailer and the grass meet, and just above where my propane tanks are on the Trailer. It was about two inches deep. My Bounty Hunter Quick Draw II said it was a quarter and 1 to 2 inches deep. It does not bend by hand, and the kids were able to scratch it with a pull tab and left little shinny marks in it (I almost died when I saw them doing it) but I would say it's not soft. By feel it seams to be just a little lighter than a quarter. I took water and a old soft tooth brush and cleaned the dirt off it but no real shine to it. I have a buffing wheel but don't want to try anything quite yet to see if I could get it to shine. My guess it might be a old melted can that was melted in a camp fire. But no fire ever that close to the Trailers maybe out in open camping but not near the Year round Trailer area (I'm Hunting a camp ground that's over 20 years old year ) but why would my BHII show such a high Silver content Don't tell me because it a Bounty Hunter, I got a great deal on Ebay, $75 and very happy with it! So no Bounty Hunter Bashing Please! I know what I bought, and right in my budget.
Thank in advance for all your help
