My great weekend with my ace 250

All of today and yesterday I went metal detecting, I found a silver .925 ring, a bicentennial quarter and arcade token, $9.65 in clad, a hand forged iron ring and best of all, a stirring silver hair pin with the name Ellison Claire. If anybody knows anything about the Hair pin please let me know. Thank you and happy hunting

Great score on the silvers. It would be great if you could locate Ellison Claire, maybe she lives on a huge farm with lots of colonial sites on it. And maybe she would gladly let you hunt it for returning her hair pin.

That is a great haul!....Ive never seen a hairpin like that before....did it ring up in the Quarter range?..I know when i was running my ACE about 90% of my silver jelwelry was dead on a Quarter...Good luck finding the owner..that would be really cool!

It came up as 10cents, I have dug about 20 silver items this year and most come up as 10cents to 25cents.

Nope 10cents. I would return it to the owner or her children/great grand children but, I can't figure out anything about the lady. I have spent a while researching.

I live by a town from the 1850s, but that is a dream of mine to dig at a colonial site.
