Yesterday I went back to a corn field I had hunted in early november, I decided to try where the old map had indicated there was a barn and I was glad I did. The first couple targets were cans then I got a penny signal a dug a toasted wheat, I only moved 6' when I got an iffy signal when I flipped the second scoup of dirt over out popped a 1943 Walking Liberty half my first one sweet! I walked a few more rows and found an old wrench right on the surface, my last find was a 1907 IH that was close to the road. Lady Liberty looks a little dinged up. :( Though any dug walker in any condition is still a stellar recovery. nice huntin.

Sweet find.. I bet the machine was screamin..

One of the nicest looking U.S. coins that have been minted......nice find
and congrats to you on some great keepers. Gold Nuggets :hello:

Forgive me but are those also called Double Eagles? In any event, nice coin.

Awesome find. A Walking Liberty half was my first old coin find and still is the one I remember with most excitement.

Silver bells and silver coins, tis the season.Great find

An Iffy signal on that coin? I better go back to all my previous hunt grounds, cuz if a coin that size was iffy, then I must have missed some good stuff.

Awesome find.

WTG sweet silver
