My first V and more...

Hey everyone,
I have not had much time to detect recently but I went to a park I've been working by work when I get time. The park is in a old city and the park was established in 1895.

The keepers are as follows:
3 Wheaties 1919,18 and 11
1 War Nickel - 1943 P
My first V Nickel - 1901 in pretty bad condition
Plus some misc items

I'm hoping to get back to the park at lunchtime tomorrow and I'm trying to get out this weekend for a little while....We'll see what happens.

Thanks everyone...I'm glad I keep finding older coins. It seems like I finally broke through the 1940s-1930s coins I was finding and settled in around the turn of the century. Well it is off to work. Good luck hunting.

Those are some nice digs!

FYI - You should use the macro settings on your digi cam. (It is the tulip icon on most cameras) You will be able to take sharp photos at close distances.
