Hello TN members.
I found my first Spanish cob today, but don't know a whole lot about these pieces.
Can anyone ID what I did find?
There is some input on my post, but if you have anything else you could add, please do.

Here is a whole one I found last week --- looks like the lettering is similar ;D ;D

It looks like you have two different types of colonial silver pistareens. One was made by cutting up a milled 8 real coin, and the other is a milled 2 reals. These were used on the east coast all the way into the 1840's as legal tender.
