I’m pretty sure it’s not finished but it’s my first one I’ve found.

Still waiting for my first one...Congrats!

I was standing in one spot for 3 minutes on my phone, when I look down and there it was in the dirt. I was looking above the river where the flat land was. Also found tons of flakes, because wild hogs dig up the area in searching so it’s kind of helpful.

Sorry bro but that is debitage and not a point. It's a good indicator of activity there but consider this... the white area is cortex, the unifacial side has a shock ripple extending from the tip down to where it was removed from its core, the other side is faceted from prior flake removals and that notch is not there for hafting. There are no indicators of further refinement. All these characteristics say something about this piece--its a good piece of material and also is indicative of what was deeper under it's core's skin and what that core would subsequently produce. Save that piece and all others from that site for when you have more pieces to the puzzle. Good luck.

looks like someone started on it and said "ah hell nah" and tossed it aside.

The napping or creek/river chatter looks to have happened in more recent times.

Tough to imagine the removals on that being from creek chatter. A piece that size would "give" on impact, making the long, even removals it shows impossible unless it were wedged against an anvil stone/log.

FWIW
