I found this 10k diamond ring at a park in Harrisonville. It was showing up as foil but being new to my machine I was digging everything. I pulled out my plug and there it was about 5" down on the side of my hole. After having no luck finding an owner I took it to a jewler who said it was 10k and the diamonds are real, however it is only worth about $50 scrap gold, and that the diamonds are worthless (too small) so I decided to keep it for my collection.

Be very careful if you do decide to part with any of your current or future gold findings. Most people will only pay a fraction (read small) of what it is really worth. There are people on board who can tell you where you can send your gold for a respectable payout. They have to eat too.

Nice find! Like your other post said, that is what set the hook! It is out there, it is now your job to find it.

Nice find, its rings like this that lead to more!

Yeah I kind of had that thought in the back of my head when he was telling me that. But I wasn't really set on selling it when I walked in. Just was curious on what I was sitting on. I forgot it weighs in at about 3 grams. Thank you for the advice. I can't wait to find more!
