My First Gold Ring - Lost & Found
About 9 years ago, my son lost his wedding band at a home that I now own as rental property. My wife has been after me for some time to use my White's MXT Pro to see if I could find it. We knew the proximity of where he lost it. So, week before last I finally obeyed her and I, along with my dear wife, went to the property right before dusk to see if we could find the ring. I was not optimistic. I thought the ring was probably under a porch where it would be difficult to swing the coil. After digging a small battery and another piece of junk, I got a very crisp bottle cap signal - 50-55 VDI. I almost didn't dig it. Well, here's a photo of the "bottle cap." I'll never again pass up another bottle cap signal on the MXT! Yes, I gave the 10kt ring to my son. He and his wife were elated.
