My first find, but what is it?

Hello everyone, this is what I found on my first time out looking for treasure. But what is it? From what I found out its from Bundesrepublik Deutschland, now Germany. The date on the coin is 1950. How much is it worth? Its not in the best of condition, but was it a good find? Oh, I found it on a beach in central west coast of Florida. Thanks for any advice.

It's a Pfenning. On the other side is it 1,2,5,10?

They were made from 1950 to 2001

Check under German Coins.
