Went out for a hunt today at a home built in 1922. Found a few clad quarters, dimes and pennies. Hit a great signal and was hoping for a silver dime when out pops the 1942 Washington quarter. I scanned the area again and another great signal 2 inches over and I pop the 1940 out of the plug. My first ever Washington silver quarter and first day I have unearthed more than 1 silver coin in a day.

That's sick! I've been lucky to have a couple days in my career where I pulled double GWs. Always make for a nice, heavy jingle in your pocket on the way home!

Congrats on both of your "first" accomplishments. A pair of Washington's in the same hole is a good day.

The heart is a plastic crystal found in a hole with a coin. Non-metallic.
