My first couple of older coins

Ok, I bought a garrett 550 gtax I'm thinking about 20 years ago now, man time passes by so quickly. But I never really did a whole lot of searching with it, just a few parks in my neck of the woods, jefferson county, mo. and what not, but never did find anything past the 70's. Well I recently have become interested again in metal detecting and have found some time at some parks in St. louis where I am currently working to swing in between job, I am installing cable tv and I get the opportunity to hit these parks when things are slow. Anyway, found my first old wheat pennies the other day and today, one is a 1940 and the other one found today is a 1919, I wish they were silver but I'll take em, .
