My first box!

Finally got my hands on a ordered for me box of Brinks halves! I found a walking Liberty, 2 64's and a 68'. I am happy with this! Now I am going to see if I can get more ordered through the bank now that I have my foot in the door!

Does anyone know whats up with the 64 in the top right corner? It seems to have some sort of chrome plating that is coming off?

I am not 100% but Im guessing that is a lamination error. Which if I'm correct, would give that coin a premium above silver value... you should have a dealer check it out...
