wish i could fig out what that chunk of metal is its inch 1/4 by inch 3/4 and and inch thick at the thickest side and weighs about 2 pounds and a magnet will stick to it a little but cant pick it up with a magnet any ideas?
 

hey i found a tag like what you have it came from the old old Everett farm 1890s that was said to have had inmates kept there to aroun 1930s ,do you think it could have been one.

The round lead items are sash or dress weights, turn of the century. The little steamboat up in the top right photo is a crackerjack toy prize from the 20s or 30s.
