Its unfortunately not military at all. Just a civilian button with a naval motif

Hunted an old school sight little while back and I think I found one of the things in your pic. Top left corner, I at first. Thought it was a rifle sight but then found few more. Does anyone know what it is?

Yeah, I'm not sure what that is neither. The button looks like a union naval civil war button ww2 naval button.

Maybe the thing in the top left corner is a latch to a box? That's my guess.

Well that sucks if it is just a cheap blazer button. I was thinking about sending it in to the Relic Man and having him look at it. Oh well. Does anybody know what that thing is on the top left.

I seem to remember someone calling that piece an accordion reed.... although I'm not sure that's what it is.

I think it's a reed to a juice harp or Jews harp.

The thing on the top left is indeed a bandoneon reed.
