Aes Formatum Conchiglia

One of the first forms of money. around VI to IV century B.C. they started using bronze shapes like shells and acorns to trade for goods.

They are hard to find specially outside Italy since Romans only arrive in Hispania around 220 B.C.

These Roman Silver denarius were all in the same area.
Some are from 1st century BC and there is one of those denarius that appear in the Bible when the Roman's payed Judas to betraid Jesus.
