Imagine my surprise and momentary horror when I turned over the plug to find it staring back at me!

Turned out to be a fairly junky pendant, but the eye is pretty well done!

Yeah, freaky! How does that TG6K work for you? I just used one last weekend...I am thinking about trying it out a little more, but am in a serious mindset of upgrading to a high end machine rather. I just thought the short time i used it was nice. Any thing you can add to using it, strengths and weaknesses it has?

That's what I love about metal detecting...You never know what your gonna dig up next. Just when you think you've seen it all...it sees you! :icon_cyclops_ani:

Eye sure would have freaked too

probably a probe planted by the NSA in cahoots with the IRS to keep an eye on us

I really like it, but I have no experience with higher-end machines. All I can say is that I've been systematically going over alot of the ground I previously went over with my Ace 250 and I keep finding stuff. And the Ace 250 wasn't a bad machine at all...

The Gamma 6000 is VERY light (which you probably already know) and the target ID is pretty dead on. The single 9V battery lasts a long time, too. One complaint is that it's very easy to accidentally turn it off, at which point you have to reset everything, but it's a pretty quick process. Anyhow, I'm impressed with it.
