That is what is known as a "repeater". It brings a premium on EBay. It is almost what is known as a "binary' serial number. A repeating of just 2 different numbers. They also bring a premium on EBay.

1950E $10 is definitely worth something. I don't know what off the top of my head, but I know that they were small runs (relatively speaking).
