My Big Hunt

I was given about an hr to hunt so I raced down to my colonial woods spot with high hopes. Right off the bat I found an ox shoe which I like to find but I don't really consider it a keeper. Next I got a musket ball which is always welcome. Dug a few more bits of garbage and some shot gun headstamps before going home. That's it.

Although it wasn't a particularly great hunt it was wonderful to get out. The woods were beginning to come alive in bloom with some signs of green and some little yellow wildflowers. I miss the smell of the woods but particularly the dirt! Nobody on this site ever talks about the dirt? Am I really the only one who appreciates the dirt!!! Haha! Stay safe everyone!
