My best coin find ever a RARE 1875 queen victoria quarter.

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum so bare with me lol. I've been detecting for 4 years now. I bought a white's dfx and have used it ever since. I found this beauty just under a sidewalk leading to a 1800's house here in michigan. I am told it is very valuable. Any canadians with price guides update me on this coin please.

I've been told it's worth quite a bit.

From what I can tell, your coin is either F or VG condition, which is listed at $180 and $350 respectively. The price is in Canadian, so in US dollars, approx. $118 and $230 respectively. Definitely a nice find.

The source isn't the most reliable, so i would get an opinion from someone who has an official price guide for Canadian coins. Either way, it is a key date for Canadian coins. Cheers!

Matt: According to the Canadian Coin Club, A 1875H .25 is worth $325C. in VG, & $700C. in F. That's a real nice find there!
