My son was able to break away long enough to bring his family to my place for Christmas.

Old Dog.....You were blessed...That rocker brings back memories....although mine wasn't made by grandpa....I still have it...It was kept for me all of these years.....Tried to get my son to use it so I could take a picture of him in it....to put next to my picture in the same chair...he wouldn't sit still long enough....wanted the beanbag....how times have changed...Steve

I agree with that, Family is always first. A precious thing.
I get to see them pretty regularly, but they sure have a busy schedule.
Christian works in the aircraft industry, He puts custom paint jobs on planes.
Never seems to have enough time to stay.

It's always nice when they can come and stay awhile.
