Sorry to hear about your AT Pro. There isn't a day that goes buy that I ALMOST order an AT PRO for myself. I have many water detectors an don't really need another, I do enjoy learning any detector. That is my thing and the finds are just secondary. :laughing7:

The at pro sound like, some of White's pattens ran out like iron audio and their V.D.I. read out...and I love their scale nickel's are diffrent number, but from brass and up, it gives you all most the same numbers value.

I have an AtPro but haven't been able to get out and give it a ride yet because of my bum knee. But you have to remember that with present technology no detector is going to be 100% accurate on all metalic objects. Some detectors are more refined than others but there is no magic bullet on the market yet. Given the advertised finess of the AtPro it may have an edge on some of the other single freq. detectors, and it may get excellent depth. That is about all you can expect from it, and the rest is up to the operator. My personal opinion is that as more and more people learn the language of the AtPro, we will see better and better finds. I just hope some of them are mine! Monty

I would like to see that at pro find a large Target big er than a coin. at the dept my 5900 can fined.

Come up to the U .P. I have the target all ready found it's still in the ground.I found it with a box loop, and if that detector finds it all buy one my self.I highly doubt that a one 9 volt battery detector is going to have all the power it take to go down 3 in a half to four feet deep..In possable

Who claims they found a big target at 3 feet with the AtPro? I certainly didn't. Now if I had a two loop unit for a 2500, I might be able to go that deep, but I haven't any desire to dig that deep. I would almost agree that finding any target at all at 3 feet with an AtPro would be In possable and impossible as well! Monty
