I found this thing near an area that I hunt frequently. Don't know what to make of it. Perhaps a fireplace poker?

It kinda sorta does. Looks hand made. Just can't imagine why if was where I found it or how old it is. Certainly a curious find.

I remember when those movies came out a few kids around me made there own sia's , swords nun chucks and what ever else. Oh yeah the staff. They weren't messing around they were real weapons like that. Great fun for 10 year old kids!!

It's not a old sai.
The welding on it is very amateur. My 12 year old cousin could lay a better bead than that.
My guess would be for beef brisket or pig? It's gotta be for a BBQ rotisserie. Is the shaft hollowed out?
