✅ SOLVED Musket part???

I found this brass item in the same area that Rick and I found 2 ram rod guides and part of a musket trigger guard. I search may images of different type muskets but I cann't find a match. It could just be some sort of house hold item because there was a late 1700s-mid 1800s cellar hole close by.
It measures 2" x 2".
Hope someone can help me out with this,

It looks like an "express hook" off of a harness.
