Musket Balls or Grape Shot?

I found these two musket balls together. They are a little larger than the usual musket balls I find at the site. I was wondering if it’s grape shot or if they were shooting two at the time.

They look rusty? What are they made of?

They do look rusty, and no muskets used iron balls. Could be cannister, way small for grape. Look a little small for cannister too at 17mm. Cannister balls were packed in sawdust though and I have dug some whole and partially whole cannisters and the balls were rusted together with the sawdust in the damaged ones. They would not remain together with the sawdust if fired. Very interesting find.

They are definitely lead. Last year I found the canister at the same site.
