After considering the benefits I've decided to try Lion's Mane mushroom supplement. Lots of evidence of supporting memory and nerve support.
Has anyone experienced benefits from mushrooms other that the obvious psychotropic varieties.
Turkey Tail mushrooms have been also been shown to be more than just beneficial in treating some cancers.
