In 2013 or So, GME tried to donate Artifacts to 54 or so , to try to show we wanted the public to see the history, here is the list, only 7 took the art. So trying to create a system where you think this matters is BS, in the end, it never works as they ( these Government Archeologest just do not want you taking away their grant money) If we really knew how much US Money goes to all these States and End to fund there artifact recovery that never happens, it would be embarrassing for the USA. In a court deposition, a Florida State Archaeologist just kept saying to the Judge how many grants he had successfully obtained, like bragging about it, but here is the thing: they never go out and work more than 2 weeks a year, what is that about? Just saying unless u have a great contract that is ratified some how, you got nothing.
