Murano Alfredo Barbini Glass Dish

I have what I believe is a Murano Alfredo Barbini Glass Sculpture. It is shaped like half an apple. It appears to have gold flakes throughout. It is 6" in diameter and 2 1/2" high. It weighs 2 lbs. I would like to know if it is real and what the value would be.
