The Muonionalusta is a meteorite classified as fine octahedrite, type IVA which impacted in northern Scandinavia, west of the border between Sweden and Finland, about one million years BCE. The first fragment of the Muonionalusta was found in 1906 near the village of Kitkiöjärvi. This watch features a dial made from the Muonionalusta meteroite. Found in Sweden, it's estimated to be 4.5 billion years old and is believed to have impacted Earth aproximately 800,000 to one million years ago. It's most special feature is its "Widmanstatten" pattern, which formed from cooling during its long journey through space.
