Not much talk about the potential for motion in the ocean? When it comes down to business no one is really friends?

Hope that's not the case and all are in bed early dreaming.

Very little "motion in the ocean" off of central Florida's East coast from Hurricane Bill's passing if that is what you are referring to............

The buoys tell a different story but I guess not much erosion. There were in fact waves in a number of spots and I suspect scattered finds.

Last week there was a 3-5 foot sand cut along the dune line at Turtle trail. I spoke to a elderly man metal detecting and he said he had found several 8 reales. He didn't give a location but he had been working the beach from Sea Grapes board walk down. As I was walking along helping my GF pick up shells I found what could be a green piece of glass or an emerald. It was clear and not very big. Still trying to find it as we unpack from the vacation.

LOL LOL I know EXACTLY what your are talking about. The calm before the storm LOL. A day or two before a big erosion the members of TN will become eerily silent. That is how you will know when the pickings are good on the Treasure Beaches. Look for the silence.

Well everyone must have thought it was going to be a field day and the silence drove me to the Treasure Coast.
It turns out it was huge a dud. Very little erosion. :'(

Might be better posted in Shallow Water. 8)
