Hi guys,
Did a little scuba hunt this week end with CTX 3030 and didn't loose my time on sinkers (did a few pounds previously )!
Aquaman & myself did a good hunt:
4x 18K gold rings and a white gold ring with 3 ices, the main Ice has a value of approx $5K, AAA grade.
A children pendant in 18K also.... and I had a big surprise:
In nov 2014, I was walking on the beach with my daughter and we saw a couple of Tourist looking for a lost item. I've asked them if I could be of any help and the husband told me he has lost is wedding ring when he was swimming. I told them I could find it, I just need a phone number and a photo of the ring.
Back to their country, I received a few days later this photo by SMS showing the lost ring (the one with single wave) and the one of his wife:
Due to autumn and winter storm and lack of time, I just did a few hunts over there and made a few finds but not this ring till... last Saturday. It was on the first ring of the scuba hunt and I was so happy for them, thinking how will be their reaction nearly one year after.
When I came back home with a few more rings from this hunt, took a shower and send them buy SMS this photo with this short message:
Hey...still married?
Their answer was really rewarding. They proposed me some money...but I will only accept an invitation to the restaurant with them next time I'll travel to their location in Central Europe.
Here's the rest of the hunt.. some coins from 1923, 1943, french, italian, german... and probably a roman coin but in bad shape : over 2000 years in saltwater doesn't help!
An antique coin in bad shape. Made of Bronze, probably roman (from -50BC to +450) . The beach is full of broken amphoras & potteries.
