Good day to all! Followed other member's instructions on hand finishing slabs, and found them most helpful, but not pleased with final finish, which looks kind of dull. Have purchased additional grades of diamond paste up to 100,000, and am wondering what the best method of application may be? I have been using felt wheels on the lap end of my rock saw for the rough grades - up to 2,000 grit, and a Dremel with polishing tips above that. I think I may be overloading the felt with paste, and could use any tips our esteemed brethren may provide. The lap does a fine job of prepolish and polish, and I feel I should be able to use the in-between and higher grits with it too if I did it right. Thanks once again in advance for any assistance that comes this way! :icon_king:
