This is the prettiest red and gray chert I've seen yet. Picture doesn't do it justice. Its so interesting how many colors of chert come from one area. While none of these are perfect arrow heads - they still are pretty. I assume those large black flint rocks were used for something to make arrowheads since I found them all together. This area I'm looking in must have hundreds of flakes. Unfortunately, so far it must have been where they made them but left mostly rejects. I can't wait to go out once the rain stops and look for more! NW Georgia finds!
