I met up with tnet'ers pa-dirt_nc-sand and HighVDI for a morning hunt (related to this post) http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/573722-tnet-er-hunt-whiskey-rebellion-site.html and came away with a couple keepers including a broche and 1942 Merc.
Later in the day I went back to the wooded area where I found my seated quarter last Monday. A nice neighbor started telling me about the old neighborhood and offered his property as a permission. His house was built in the early 1950s but the neighborhood is much older. There's an old cliff/swimming hole near his property. I did a test run in his yard and found a 1948 Rosie. 2 silver day is always great.
Highlights pics. I also found 5 Wheaties on the day (not pictured). Good luck out there!
