more "what are they" from the ATV trails

Posted the stone wall pics and now here are some artifacts dug up from the site. These were all dug within 10 feet or less (some under 1 foot) away from the stone wall.

The first pic I think is the cap to the oil reservoir of an oil lamp. The cap on the left was inside the cap on the right. Both have the same hole pattern. I did not know that oil lamp caps had holes in them. Maybe I am wrong and that is not what these are. That is why they are here.

The second pic is what I believe to be the reed of a harmonica. I have seen others post similiar items and I think that is what they were. Just verify what I think on this one.

The third pic is unknown objects. They were in a hole/section right by the stone wall and they were with a piece of cookware/tin plate or pot. The plate is the last pic.

Any help on these items would be appreciated.

Thansk again

The first pic looks like lids to spice jars .

Re: more "what are they" from the ATV trails

Agree with you about the 2nd photo showing part of a harmonica.
The 3rd photo (Item A) appears to be the flange for an old door knob...you have perhaps seen the white or black porcelain doorknobs from older buildings and homes? They have a square shaft and I think Item A in that photo is the flange for holding the doorknob onto the door. Outside doors (front doors and back doors) would have had a locking mechanism for skeleton keys incorporated into the doorhandle. This flange would indicate it came from an inside (non-locking) doorhandle.
The final photo is just weird.

Just my guesses, I'm certainly not an expert on anything.

Very interesting finds, and I hope somebody will answer all of your questions.
