Is the one in the top row middle a Paleo?

Also, what is the material of the one in the middle of the bottom row? It looks very unusual.

the 1 on top is a mckean-middle archaic, the 1 on bottom is made of some sort of chert which is extremely fire-cracked. i`m surprised it didn`t fall apart!
