More Silver From My Backyard Today

Spent just over an hour detecting in my backyard again today. I pulled out a pair of cuff links( i think ) not sure what they are made of, and a 1959 D Rosie at about 7 inches. If anyone thinks they know what the links are made of please give me your input, and maybe some ideas on how to clean them up. Thanks.
