So a couple of days after I found that little white unifacial scraper, my son went and one-upped me with his own unifacial scraper in Harrison County flint. The one he found looks like a long-lost twin of the one that Dognose found recently:

Then he found the end of a broken adze:

very nice scrapers, nice material - Harrison county is one of my favorites to find.
both are very well shaped.

If I had to be one-upped by anyone, I'd love for it to be one of my sons. Nice finds. I love the scraper.

No kidding! (pun intended) I love it when either of my boys finds something good. It's just great hanging out with them, even if we don't find anything. Me and my older son went out yesterday and all we found was a baby snapping turtle in a gully, but we had a lot of fun.

Me, and both of my boys are planning to go out tomorrow in the side-by-side with a dump bed to pick up big rocks from one of the fields before it gets planted. They love it because they get to drive the Mule in the fields.

Kindest regards,
Kantuck
