More Presidential Finds!

I can't believe I found this for $7. I should not be surprised, but I was. Partial August 9, 1974 Washington Post. I have section A and "The Nixon Years" insert with articles by Woodward and Bernstein. What is it worth? I can see $25 shipped. Not alot have sold on Ebay. This is not perfect condition, but it is good. Any one collect old newspaper and know how to judge condition?

Thank you. There is not many sales. A few people sold complete papers for $15 - $20 free shipping, but one person got $50 plus shipping just for section A with out "The Nixon Years" insert.
