More Nails More Pottery & Sold my Ring Find
Found nothing but nails & pottery the last 2 days out up at the foundation. Both trips were quick 2 hour jaunts in the woods yielding nothing special.
Decided since wife was going to city I'd have her take the ring we found to the nearest coin & jewelry place. Somehow it turned out to weigh 17grams and was Real .. which excited the wife she says. . . He said he could ONLY offer her $165.00 for it. She tried to contain her excitement the best she could but says the guy had to of known she was surprised as all heck that it was real and worth something. Very good people she said and very fair and not a ripp like I expected.
If we weren't hooked before we definately are now. These past couple months of searching and there was treasure right out my window. It's pretty cool to be able to look out the window at the exact spot where it was found at any moment I choose to and just day dream.
She was even sweet enough to take a couple pics before she sold it , so I will post them sometime in the future.
The quicksilver has paid for itself in less then 3 months time. I'm pretty damn excited. I'll be glowing over this one for awhile. I found $100 Bill in a store once when I was a kid but this beats that.
