More mining camp finds, new token/tag!

Short trip today, just went down the road. Some interesting finds though, including the Grand Union Billiard Room tag. Any info on the tag would be nice as I am finding nothing myself. Was it a key tag? Or something else?

second item is the handle off of a tub,and the second to last is parts of a clock
