Dug these in an old yard permission I have.
Item 1 I believe is a hat pin maybe?
Item 2 is possibly Masonic medal? Our lodge suffered a massive fire in 1912, the building was from the 1850s. It was extinguished in 20 below temps so the stone building became an iceberg. The photos are quite cool. https://www.google.com/search?q=keo...oECAwQBA&biw=375&bih=553#imgrc=WrvKm0B3Dn3fKM
Item 3 is what I think may be just a large pin or a cloak clasp? Unsure about it. And what the stone may be? It has a iridescent quality.

I’m inclined to believe the medallion is not Masonic in nature but perhaps and off shoot of a similar club like the knights of Malta, demolay, knights of Columbus, or some other Masonic like organization. I am a Mason and I have never seen anything like it usually you will see the symbols or tools on any medallion and even a lodge name and number. so I did a reverse image google search and it didn’t yield anything profitable. Sweet find none the less. Congrats!

I was going to chime in and say ring but you mentioned broach and did not give any reference to size. If it sits well on your finger it is a ring. You can see where the shanks are broken

I noticed this as well. The band would have been thin. In my first post it’s by a US quarter for scale, first pic

Plug n play , thanks for the I’d, you too trdking. Bear finder, I was also concerned by the absence of the compass and square icons. But research on a grand council here kept turning up info on the Masonic lodge at Dodge theater building. Thanks again guys!

I’m a Mason as well and I’ve never seen anything like that, I was thinking G.A.R. or Ku klux klan, the klan was big during that time frame even in Iowa

3rd item is a watch winder, probably from a large early 1900s fob watch when they started changing over from the small key.
