Got up to the 70's today....but still alot of frost in the ground!
The usual silver triangles & other pieces. Unfortunately, the large triangle in the center got ate by the plow & lost the upper 1/3. They are rarely that big!
The serrated one was folded in half & broke in two even before I could try to straighten it.
I hadn't found one of the tiny brass crosses for many years. They have only come from the area of one lodge & my buddy had never found one & he got his first today. This makes my fourth one!
At the top center is a thin, flattened & pierced piece of lead...too small & light to be a fishing sinker.
Bottom center is a piece of catlinite pipe bowl ( Never find a whole one!) & above it is two white beads I eye-balled.
Didn't put in the musket balls & "tinklers" as you have seen plenty of them!
Have to work tomorrow and Sunday & it's supposed to rain Saturday No hunting!
