More Florida Fort Finds!

[Florida Finder]

Hello everyone. I decided to take off to northwest Florida for a weekend hunt. A good friend of mine has about 4 acres on a portion of a Seminole war fort site. We had a good dig today. I recovered an 1830 half dime, a 1759 1 real, a dragoon coat button and a 2nd Dragoons number 2. Also found 8 musket balls.

I would be very careful about posting that stuff even with private land. There has been cases of "tribes" going after finds. Just fyi.. Good Stuff. Honestly its better off keeping all finds to yourself why put the crap up on you tube or net forums for some 2 min of glory. If its worth something Id go the bank and forget the glory. Food for thought.

He isn't seeking glory...as with most all of us. He is just sharing a few finds with us. No sense in hogging up all the cool stuff for ourselves. Now if it were a can of gold or silver dollars...that's another story.
