More CW Find's Today....
Today I went up to one of the farm's at Antietam...yesterday "jmginmd" took his father-in-law up here while I was hunting with "tymcmurray" at a different site. They ended up with four .54 Sharp's.Today myself and jmg went up to the same spot,he ended up with another .54 and a stud.I looked across the field and headed over to a spot where (at the time) Cpt. John A. Tompkin's had spent the rest of the day after expendng over a thousand round's from his artillery during the Battle....Never could really find out excactly where he was until today,at least I think....Still the usual farm field find's but someone has to get them out of the way.Thank's for Looking!!...
Beside's the junk I ended up with these bullet's,couple different type's...need to look them up,along with a squashed "stud" and what look's to be a pistol bullet...bad shape to determine the cal......All in all had a great CW weekend for once.HH All!!
