More Button Help

[RAS]

Here are 3 more buttons I need help with. Found in lot of old buttons from estate sale.
I'm just learning about buttons, so I have alot to learn.

The top 2 are alike. They are flat 1 piece 21mm metal buttons that say Militaires Equipments.

The bottom button is also flat 1 piece 17mm. I think it's brass. It also says Militaires Equipments.
Or maybe it's Equipments Militaires?

Just wondering what I have here...Trash or Treasure?

Decide for yourself - but am of the opinion it is a civilian button and not military... Waterbury still makes them today.
