Looks like a wheel of one of those ramps that are covered with hundreds of them , for loading and unloading commercial fishing boats , etc .

Cant remember the name of it but kinda looks like one of those game pieces they use on a smooth floor. Someone slides it and a bunch of people chase it with a broom to make it go farther.
I think the competion ones are bigger though, but maybe a childs version?

The picture that you have supplied has a rod through the middel, Not to sure wether this is the same as the pictures. Looks to me as though it is locked in by the extended centres.

Just my thoughts

Sure looks like mojjax is right.

The slidding broom thing is "curling" - a big stone with a handle on top.

If it's magnetic, perhaps one of those toys that have the wheel travel along a thick wire loop track that you keep turning upside down and the wheel travels up and down.

Can't remember the name.

Some type of caster or wheel/roller would be my guess. I've seen a few wheels on scales used in rail stations that were quite decorative. JD in WV

Thats what i thought it looked like but not magnetic and quite heavy for its size, made of some kind of alloy by the look of it. Still can't work out what it says on it though
