Cinnamon Rolls (aka “Monkey Bread”)
Ingredients:
1 package of Rich’s frozen rolls (dough balls)
½ package of instant butterscotch pudding
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup (or more) raisins (optional)
¼ cup (or more) chopped pecans (optional)
The night before you want to eat this….
Melt the stick of butter in the microwave. Mix in brown sugar and cinnamon until thoroughly combined. Set aside. Place raisins and pecans at the bottom of a bundt pan. Place the frozen rolls on top of the raisins and pecans. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding over the frozen rolls. Poor butter/brown sugar/cinnamon mixture over top of pudding. Cover the pan with a kitchen towel and place in a cool oven overnight (don’t turn the oven on).
In the morning…
Take the rolls out of the oven and then preheat the oven to 350°. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes then carefully flip the bundt pan onto a serving plate. Serves 6-8.
