Monk necklace?

This necklace piece inch and three eights by seven eights was found in construction site at school parking lot.

Foreign writing on obverse and reverse.

Not much else info.

Brass alloy?

Found one on Ebay. Buddhist Monk piece Royal emblem.So I am pretty sure this is just a replica of this but with a twist!

The Dragon must be a Mascott..LOL

It's a religious amulet from Thailand comemmorating the 40th anniversary of the ordination of the monk pictured. They are usually made of copper.

That would explain the Dragon. The piece on ebay has same shape and same face i think. But it is much older looking than this.
